About Our Company

A BRIEF STORY ABOUT THE COMPANY

At the 2007 World Economic Forum on the Middle East, held by the tranquil shores of the Dead Sea in Jordan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, delivered a speech that resonated deeply with visionary foresight. He announced the establishment of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, endowed with a monumental US$ 10 billion. This seminal moment marked a commitment to sculpting a luminous future for the Middle East through the nurturance of youth education and the cultivation of a knowledge-based ethos within the Arab world. In a philosophical echo of His Highness’s visionary ideals, the Knowledge Based Society was inaugurated in 2021 as a regional initiative that builds upon the strategic objectives set forth by the foundation. It serves as a platform to unify educational, technological, and cultural advancements, fostering a new generation of empowered thinkers and innovators.
